In which cases can we benefit from the 5€ fee?
- Either the passenger cancels more than 5 minutes after having ordered, and you had already started to move in his direction to pick him up
- Or you have to cancel after waiting at least 5 minutes at the pick-up address (the timer is activated in the application) and after trying to call the passenger when you arrived at the pick-up point
In these two cases, the day after the cancellation, you will receive a notification in the notification center of your application to confirm that these fees have been taken into account, and you will then receive the €5 on your weekly transfer sent on Monday.
There is no need to contact us on the same day of the cancellation
